''Crafting and Selling a successful wine list'', a subject of great interest, suggested and presented in the masterclass by Adam Pawlowski MS. How do we define the success of a wine list? Which are the elements that determine the success of a wine list? These are all complexe discussion matters for all specialists involved in the HoReCa trade: sommeliers, managers of restaurants and hotels, wine producers.
How do we choose the wine in a restaurant? What should come first: personal preferences or the recommendations of sommeliers? The comparative tasting that will take place during the masterclass between the regularly preferred wines of consumers and those selected by a sommelier offer the possibility for the audience to fully understand the vision of a master sommelier.

Adam Pawłowski is the first and only polish Master Sommelier and one of the 230 Master Sommeliers in the world. He began his career as a sommelier at the Northcote, a Michelin starred establishment in the North-West of England where for 6 years he led a very talented team of sommeliers and managed one of the best wine lists in the country.
Adam is a member of The Court of Master Sommeliers, Polish Sommelier Association, Atelier Ruinart, Academy of Food and Wine Service, L'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne and Chaîne de Rôtisiers. He is also an independent wine consultant, Judge of the Decanter Wine Awards, runs seminars, masterclasses, training sessions and wine and food workshops. Adam is a tutor for The Court of Masters Sommeliers.
